At L’OCCITANE, our boutiques have always and will always stand as a symbol of brightness. Throughout everything, we believe in relentless optimism and unwavering hope. We represent all of the people without whom we would not exist—our trusted producers, passionate beauty advisors, and you—a member of our family.

Our top priority for our community is health and safety. That is why, in light of the growing concerns surrounding COVID-19, we have decided to temporarily close our boutiques for a two-week period. During this time, our boutique associates will continue to be compensated for their scheduled work hours.  

 

Our commitment to you remains the same. Trust that we are just as devoted as ever to our community, and know that you are always welcome to visit us online to shop 24/7. Our Customer Care Team is working around the clock to answer any questions you may have during this time. In addition, we are waiving the cost of standard shipping on all purchases in order to make these recent changes as seamless as possible for you.

 

Our hearts go out to those affected by COVID-19, and during moments like these, we are encouraging you and our teams to stay home and spend time with those who matter most.
